Have 2 different power spectacles
I have 2 power glasses one with -4 both eyes another pair with -4 right eye and -3.5 in left, with cylindrical eyes. I'm switching between these 2 glasses is it okay to do this, sometimes I get bit headache.

Use only one power , not both.Get once refraction done for correct power ,and use only that.

Hello For left eye there is significant difference in glasses prescription ( -4DS in one prescription and -4.5DS/ -1.25DCx 180) I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye sight examined and use glasses of appropriate prescription
