Hard white sore on face

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I developed a hard “bump” that is only slightly raised on my cheek that appears to look like some sort of scab however there was never a cut or legion. I only recall a slight hardness under the skin previously but it was always skin color. It started turning this hard white color a little over a week ago. It doesn’t itch.
