Hard stool and pain in latrine time
Hi, am getting pain and it comes very hard in the beginning of latrine for the last one month.please suggest any medicine for this.

Include high fibre in diet, drink adequate water, 30 min brisk walking after dinner.. It will get better else u can always connect for proper treatment

the hard stool during passage causin pain may be related to anal fissure .When the anal mucosa covering gets injured more you may have bleeding depending on the depth of the fissure. At this stage you can use Sitz bath (sit in warm water for 15 minutes twice daily ) ,use stool softener to avoid getting constipated and passing hard stool

One month of suffering means there is some underlying problem for your constipation.if you are passing stool daily,laxatives,high fibre diet,enough fluids,and exercise will help you improve the constipation.a xylocaine  jelly appplication will give relief from pain.However,pls consult to get to the root cause of your constipation.
