Hard painless lump in mouth
15 days back I noticed a hard painless lump inside my mouth at base of teeth , next to jaw. Have taken amoxycyclin for 8 days but no change. X-ray shows slight infection in molar root. Besides rct or extraction is there any other solution?

Those two remain the only option if it tooth is infected beyond repair and infection has spread to the bone seen as a swelling in the gum tissues . An X ray of ur tooth can give a good idea.. u will find very quickly the swelling subsides if u treat the tooth. However if it's does not subside please get a good diagnosis !
