Hard & Heavy eyes While waking up

Hi i face severe hard and heavy eyes when i wake up in the morning is it due to dry eyes ?? Just to inform i also had lasik 8 yrs back. Kindly suggest any drop needs to be adminsdue to this i am not having proper sleep too... Thank you.
