Alcohol can induce vomiting via various mechanisms including gastric irritation. Repeated vomiting can cause severe dehydration.
Next Steps
to prevent dehydration you should advice your friend to take ORS solution (if you buy the sachet mix it with one litre of water and give some amount from it with each episode of vomiting throught the day. discard the rest afterwards.)
to stop vomiting give : tab. ondem 4 MD
1 TAB To be chewed orally
to relief gastric irritation add suspension or mucaine gel
2 TFS(10ml) Twice a day after meal
add tab. pan40
1 tab once a day empty stomach for 10 days
if still symptoms persist visit a physician or nearby hospital.
