Hand pain when lay down
Severe hand pain when lay down on bed , suffering since 2 weeks doctor prescribed above medication , no improvement till now unable to lift hand above shoulder ,(rotator cuff and left side of back) pain is continous and unable to sleep due to pain please suggest what can be done

It is symptom of Frozen shoulder Apply ice pack for 3days. Apply hot pack after 3days.
Next Steps
do exercise:- 1 pendulum stretch. 2 towel stretch. 3 finger walk. 4 cross-body reach. 5 outward rotation. 6 inward rotation.
