Hand and head shaking

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hand and head shake when i get concious or nervous. Like when i go to eye check-up and i have to look into that machine then my head shake. Same happen when barber cut hair or shave. I am having this issue from little but it is now increasing . Now if i drink some hard coffee then also my hand start shaking.

These are anxiety tremors. Avoid tea, coffee,dark chocolate ,cold drinks. When you are going for important work and you don't want to happen tat one medication is there you can take before going.
