What I could guess from your complaint is, you are not doing proper strength and conditioning for your sports and even not any agility training. Your glutes muss be weak that's why all load is coming on your hamstring.. Please consult physiotherapist for the detailed assessment of the problem. And treatment plan.

How many days u have filing pain. Don't over exert your hamstring muscle during playing cricket, do rest if you have pain take physiotherapy treatment.

It is due to tightness of hamstring muscle.
Every time when you play you must do 2 Things- warm up and 2nd Cool down
Apply Hot Pack twice a day to relieve pain
Next Steps
visit a good physiotherapy centre where they will give you pain releiving modalities and some exercises
