Hairs becoming thin
My hairs getting too thin idk why over top crown area i have noticed this a month back and start applying some hair nourishing creams but it didn't works , bulk of the hair is present and they grow at normal rate too but the problem is thinning and even they are getting rough nowadays, i don't have any dandruff issue nor nutrients deficiency , whitining was the issue therefore i applied dyes multiple time is this was the root of cause if it is then what should i done now to get more thicker and even blacky hairs back Ps- thers no family history of baldness

It's starting stage of Androgenetic Alopecia. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and protein rich diet. Avoid fast food
