Hairfall can be because of many things, sometimes also because of change in weather and diet, and hair products. Difficult to suggest any medicine only on the basis of this history. Kindly consult if it’s a major issue you are facing and get some basic blood tests and thyroid levels checked.

Kindly share if there is dandruff or redness or itching as well in your scalp. If 30-70 hair per day fall, that is normal. And happens to everyone as new hair grows as well. Problem starts if more than 80 hairs falls and new hair doesn't grow.
