I am a 26-year-old male (175 cm, 52 kg). For the last 7 years, I have had progressive hair loss, which has recently worsened significantly. Hair loss is extremely high, affecting the entire scalp (front, top, sides, and back), with thinning hair, receding temples, visible scalp, reduced eyebrow density (especially outer ends), reduced eyelash density, sparse beard growth, and premature graying.
I also have poor exercise tolerance, rapid heartbeat, excessive sweating, shortness of breath during exercise,I have allergies with elevated IgE (~800) and itchy skin. My fasting plasma glucose is about 105 mg/dL. Previous CBC,
TSH, and
vitamin D tests were normal.
Could these symptoms be related to nutritional deficiencies, hormonal/endocrine disorders, autoimmune disease, metabolic issues, or cardiovascular problems? Please advise appropriate tests, including
ferritin/iron studies,
vitamin B12, folate,
HbA1c,
testosterone (total/free),
LH,
FSH, DHT,Free/
thyroid profile, and any other relevant
