Hello.I can understand how difficult it becomes to see u loosing hairs.For your age..pls make sure that u take a healthy diet rich in fruits nd plenty of fluids.Also try to use olive oil for head massage 4 to 5 hrs prior to headwash.Try to wear head covers while going out.
