When it comes to Hair Health , then its a whole Holistic Approach. Hair massage only will not help. Changes at multiple levels has to be done. For Example - First it should be checked whether hairfall is genetic or not. Treatment is different for both. Then Nutrition Diet needs to be changed. Then Oils and Aloe Vera needs to be massaged on hair at least 15 mins massage daily. Oils should be natural. Then Amla , Lemon and Other Ayurvedic things to be applied as Shampoo. No synthetic Market Shampoos. Like this there are many more other things which are to be evaluated and treated. So kindly book consultation with doctor of your choice. Thank you
