Hair thinning and hair fall
My hairline is reducing. And hair is thinning day by day. Please suggest what should I do about this? The forehead sides are a little empty. And so many hair strands are coming out after comb. I am drinking 4 ltr water and taking proper diet. I am doing the oiling thrice a week but the problem still exists. Suggest some tips to stop it.

This is a very common problem and the treatment is not satisfactory. It is more common now than the earlier time.
Next Steps
Since treatment is usually unsatisfactory it is better to get treatment under a Dermatologist.

Don't bind the hairs tightly..if hairfall is too much then apply minoxidil solution after consulting me privately as it has some contraindications...and for thinning of hair you need amino acids supplementations

Oiling thrice a week? Why? Do you have dry scalp? If not...dont do that. Generally advisable to do it once a week. Are you under any form of medication? Cause certain medications can cause this problem!
