Hello I AM CURRENTLY STUDENT AND 21 YEAR OLD ...FROM PAST 2 YEAR I HAVE BEEN FACING HAIR THINNING AND HAIR FALL ULTIMATELY AND FOR THAT REASON MY HAIR DENSITY IN MY CROWN AREA IS GETTING LESS .... First get your blood CBC, lipid profile and Thyroid hormones level checked. Then revert back with the report.
Till then you can take Biotin ( Vitamin B7) supplement. Include green leafy vegetable and adequate water intake in your diet.
