What's your height and weight? Take high protein diet and balanced nutritious foods. For good hair u need protein, vitamins and minerals. Include non -veg , iron rich foods and other necessary vitamins and minerals. If u take balanced nutrition diet ur hair will shine, healthy ,not fall down. Take flax seeds every day with water. Don't take any supplement for hair.
