Hair Fall treatment
Hello Doctor(s) I have been taking Finax 1mg since 10+ years which is a long duration. 1 tab a day. I have observed no side effects but only observed decreased semen quality and is my worriness, however I have a good ability for a happy marital life, have a kid of 2.5yrs.  Please advise on: 1. Should I continue this medicine? I am worried to lose all my scalp hairs again after stopping it and worried to lose confidence in public. 2. If I continue with it, will it effect my potency level to go for another child?

It depends on the grade to continue or not......You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
