Drink water ,eat cooked vegetables,fruits ,drink warm milk. Intake three to four tsf ghee. Add one tsf ghee in warm water and drinkin empty stomach ,everymorning. Palak,methi,greens  cooked are good.

Hello dear, don't worry Take sat isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm milk,Haritaki(Terminalia chebula) powder OR Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water,or Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals Apply Jatyadi ghrit or oil in Anus

She can control her problem by following the below mentioned advice- Take some stool softener like triphala powder , harad powder 1/ tsf morning & evening. . Avoid straining too much while passing stools . Don’t sit for longer duration for defection. Apply & messages with cows ghee inside rectum with index finger.. High fibre diet , adequate water intake , buttermilk is beneficial. This way she can manage her problem in the village.

1.avoid all spices specially green chilly 2.take ghee in your diet more than usual 3.buttermilk in lunch with mint leaves and jeera powder 4.jeera powder 1/2 tsf 1 cup water boil add 1/2 tsf ghee. Drink warm twice a day for 10 days 4 5.green leafy vegetables and ladies finger in diet 6.sitz bath in allum dissolved water 7.application of ghee twice a day in anal region 8.mild laxatives at bed time like trifla vati as lactating mother can not take laxatives easily
