Gym exercise
Hi , I have joined gym from yesterday . so which types of exercise I have to do.. I want to decreased my stomach n increase chest and biceps... I heard that workout for chest and for biceps should be done on alternative day. Is it true? Gym trainer says me to go with combine.. But what is actually needed to me..?

Consult physiotherapist they will train you better
