Recently had a endoscopy & final impression is antral gastritis with duodenuitis with esophageal erosion , I am having burning sensation, acid reflux & mainly bad breath , how to treat this , plz help

Do the following,
1. Avoid smoking and alcohol
2. Weight reduction
3. Avoid any food/s items that are making your symptoms worse
4. Gaviscon liquid 10mls three to four times a day for a month
5. If still not better, then Omeprazole 20mg capsules in the morning for 4 weeks only. Long term use is not safe at your age
6. Avoid taking medications like Domperidone (due to side effects on the heart) and Ibuprofen group
