Recently under gone endoscopy, final impression is ; antral gastritis with duodenuitis with esophageal erosion , Lax incompetent , food pipe is not closing properly because of which there is severe bad breath after taking medicine it's not controlling, what to do right now , struggling from 9-10 months , plz help with this
