Gastritis and duodenal ulcer
I have pain in the upper abdomen just below the chest bone. Pain is not severe it comes and goes. I have done my upper GI endoscopy where I have been diagnosed with antral gastritis and duodenum ulcer. Plz suggest me best treatment to heal mu ulcer.

Most common bacterial cause of antral gastritis is H pylori infection.Usually when endoscopy is performed , biopsy for h pylori is taken .
If not you have to get h pylori antigen test either by breath test or stool test
If it's tested positive specific treatment is given
