From the description you have given it seems that your gums are red swollen and puffy . So you feel your gums are loose . You need to get scaling done immediately . Once scaling is done your gums will heal and your sensitivity issue will also subside . Your teeth are sensitive as the gums are loose and teeth are exposed to hot and cold .
