I have attached a picture of my gums. I have a small ulcer in my mouth and when I went to check on it to see it was healing I noticed brown spots on my gums. I am outside the country at the moment so I cannot go to my doctor until after the first week of April. Would it be possible to tell me what this might be and is this something I need to show a doctor immediately?
Thanks.
