First go for dental checkup, get your teeth clean once and let the dentist observe the reason for the gap... There can be various possibilities so cant predict anything before

When u had your last cleaning done?? If it's been a year first go for scaling then use any gum paint and do massage on your gums upside down. After every meal try rinsing with warm saline. If still the gap increases then consult the dentist.
Next Steps
consult the near by dentist.
Health Tips
don't use toothpicks, don't do too much of flossing just once or twice a day.
