Gums are burning lower and upper .
I was on antacid past 2year above.
Can u suggest me some tablet y gums are burning plz.

Vit b12 and d deficiency an cause burning mouth syndrome . Kindly visit a general physician or dentist for medication.. gastric reflux ,stress can also cause this. Drink adequate water. Avoid string toothpaste, very hot, cold and spicy foods

Please let me know reason why you were on antacid treatment.
The reason for burning sensation might be due to
1. Deposits - you need professional cleaning
2. Dry mouth due to tablets you were taking (antacids) and this leads to gum diseases
3. There might be decay tooth too, needs restoration or RCT whichever needed.
