Bleeding is the warning sign that your gums are unhealthy! ! You need to see a dentist soon. Just getting a professional cleaning will solve half the problem. Rest will be solved by jus maintaining your oral hygiene by brushing twice daily, using floss and a mouth wash prescribed by your dentist.
Kindly visit a dentist and get teeth cleaning done either normal scaling or deep cleaning...and use a recommended toothpaste and mouthwash to maintain your oral hygiene
