There is gum swelling in my upper tooth we had done a X ray they said there is infection in tooth .They suggested these medications for the tooth.

Hii.. You have cavity in your teeth which is adjacent to your treated crowned teeth. Cavity has been spread to the nerve & because of the infection, there is gum swelling. Root canal treatment is the option to cure the swelling & infection. Get the treatment done.
