Hi, Gum swelling from my teeth And getting some blood While sleeping. Upper lower gum of front fore teeth. I am not feeling any pain. How to cure, medicare. Thank you.

It's gingiva  Infection.. Like pyria its most common... Visit to your nearest dentist and get treated..

Hello practo user.... Your gums are severely swollen and red due to infection. It is due to plaque deposit on teeth region. It is gingivitis stage 3. Bleeding is very common in such cases. If not treated early... infection will spread further and cause more destruction of gums and bones inside. Detailed discussion is required.
