Pain in the gum usually is a sign of advanced gum disease, which can be due to increased food accumulation and inadequate removal of plaque and food debris in 'pockets' around teeth. However it might be even following inadvertent brushing, apply Mucopain gel for temporary relief.
Next Steps
Advised to visit a Periodontist (Gum disease specialist) for finding the exact reason of pain and eliminating it specifically.
Health Tips
Avoid Hot and Spicy intake temporarily.
