Are you on any kind of medicines? Or hormones? Do you have hormonal imbalances ? Do you have deposits on your teeth?
Either of the one can be a cause for bleeding gums.
Next Steps
Get a scaling done from a dental clinic or hospital. And if you're on any of the medicines it may be a side effect.
Hello mam,
As I went through your complaint n picture it suggests inflammation of your gums due to deposits . It definitely needs cleaning (scaling). I do understand you are brushing n maintaining your oral hygiene, but sometimes not scaling for a long time results in deposits than hardens which is not easily removed with help of brush . So once scaling at a clinic is done ,you can maintain it with proper measures.
Next Steps
visit a dentist soon
