Gum bleeds while brushing, sleeping and during day time too. Bad breath. I had deep tooth cleansing multiple times. Gaps has increased between tooth and teeth are not properly aligned.

As u had undergone deep cleaning without much improvement, it implies that the inflammation/damage is deep seated. U need to get an X ray done for assessing any bone loss within. Later depending on the bone loss if any, need to go for a procedure called Flap Surgery

Gum bleeding is the classical sign which indicates that you are having infection in your gums.Bad breath is a sure result of that.Visit a periodontist for a round of thorough scaling. Afterthat, u will need an opg xray to identify the deep gum pockets and treatment should be done accordingly . Moreover, I would suggest you to get your teeth aligned with braces or clear aligners because maintaining oral hygiene is always easier in well aligned teeth. This will reduce the amount of recurrent tartar deposits in your mouth. But above all, the outcome of the treatment will depend on how you maintain your oral hygiene post treatment with twice a day brushing and regular flossing.

You should show it to a skilled dentist. Most probably ur gum infection has increased thus it has created pockets around ur teeth. Deep curettage and proper home care should solve the problem .
