Gum Bleedin
From the past 3 months my Gums have started to bleed whenever I brush. Initially I stopped brushing and started to use Mouthwash. I even changed my toothbrush. Still whenever I brush it starts to bleed. Both the upper and lower gums bleed.

Sometimes bleeding in gums cud be due to side effects of any medication. Visit your dentist and discuss with him if you are on any kind of medication.
Otherwise maintain proper hygiene like brushing and flossing. Proper technique you can learn from your dentist.
