Helo all My hb1ac is 5.4 Average glucose 108 Fasting blood sugar 97 I have anxiety issues I have 2-3 questions 1)I born in 1999 and my father got diabetes in 2003 will I get it ? 2) I was very inactive last one year means hardly 5-10 mins walk a day ? Is that the reason of 5.4 Hba1c 3) I am from 10 days doing daily morning 30 minutes workout and evening 10 minutes ? Will it help me I am really worried please guide me what should I do My father was taking insulin injections I don't want to go through same thing

Diabetes happens due to lack of exercise and heavy carbohydrate diet. Not by genetically,  . You need to do Exercise and diet change. You won't get
