I went for gtt test in pregnancy and my hba1c is 5.0% I did the test in 100 g glucose Glucose fasting-80 Glucose 1hr-207 Glucose 2hr-176 Glucose 3hr-145 Do i have gestational diabetes?Is this very serious

Yes this is gestational diabetes you need to follow a diabetic diet Go for proper sugar monitoring Maintain fasting that sugar less than 95 and post lunch sugars less than 140 A normal hba1c indicates that you are not diabetic but when your body is challenged with 100 gm  glucose  it is unable to tolerate it  so this is just gestational  diabetes Walking and a  diabetic diet would be the preliminary treatment

I don't think you will be labelled as a case of Gestational Diabetes with these reports. Your HbA1c is normal. Your glucose levels at 1, 3 and 3 hours are marginally raised. You should get your 75 gm  Glucose challenge test done at about 18-20 weeks and consult a Gynaecologist. In the meantime you should follow dietary advice regarding blood sugar levels.
