Groin& lower back pain on the left side
Hi all, I'm 41. I have on and off groin pain on my left side. Exactly between the though starting point and below lower abdomen. Urine culture reports are normal. Pap smear is normal.blood report normal. Physical check up is normal, no swelling. Ultrasound taken in Feb is normal. Menses is normal.I started exercising on treadmill, running barefoot and this pain i feel started from then. Sometimes it feels kind a muscular pain but sometimes it doesn't. What could be the cause of this. Is this usually muscular? I did consult an ortho a month back for pain around back and lower abdomen area right after I started exercising and was on pregebalin and ift for a week and it got better. This is present now though. My back also hurts, especially in the left side, lower back along with the left side groin pain. Right side lower back hurts but not much. That def feels muscular cos of my running. Please advise.

Please get your Vit B12 and Vit D3 levels. I think you need Vit B12, D3, and Calcium with Zinc and Magnesium supplements. You can go slow on your treadmill. Instead you should go for a brisk walk. You will be all right.
