Gradual Rising Trend Of Urine ACR
My Urine ACR on 4/4/2025 was 2.84 mg/g On 18/5/2025 it was 5.77 mg/g On 23/06/2025 it came 14.69 mg/g Serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & usg were all normal on 4/4/2025 BP is 140/90,HbA1c is 6 What might be the cause of such gradual rising trend of Urine ACR level ? Need to know whether it is fully reversible at this stage or not...

Hi .. if you don’t have any complaints at this point then no need to worry. As your report is normal . As your report is keep on increasing… just keep it monitoring monthly. Do this test in early morning hrs from good lab only . If you have any complain ..please mentione in detail .
