Grade 3 placenta
I am 35 week pregnant now and i have a grade 3 placenta with posterior upper position..please suggest what to do...is it problematic for me or my baby?...my doctor didn't show any concern about it...please guide

No need to worry.Its quite normal unless u have any associated conditions and if  blood supply to fetus  is normal.

Grade 3 placenta is a sign of mature placenta.may require early delivery. Consult please.
