Grade 3 Fatty Liver. Need advice on diet
Diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver, hepatitis ruled out. Want to get suggestions on a vegan-friendly diet. Diabetic as well.

[ ] Fatty liver can be due to alcohol intake or due to obesity ,can be due non Alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Generally these are reversible if care taken means need to do physical exercise , need to decrease weight. Quit alcohol if being consumed. There are some medicines which boost up liver and helps in regaining function of liver , advised when required. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this.

Obesity is a common cause of fatty liver disease. It's good you have ruled out viral hepatitis, but if you consume alcohol in any quantity this could lead to worsening of your liver condition. You are also at high risk for metabolic syndrome In case your BMI > 32.5 you should consider bariatric surgery as an option as you already have two obesity related comorbidities, fatty liver and diabetes
