Diagnosed with grade 2 internal piles but no bleeding or any discomfort while pooping went to doctor to get checked with small boil on outer anal part later he did videoscopy and diagnosed that piles grade 2 there. He suggested directly laser surgery under GA please suggest whether surgery is the only solution or with tablet cream and lifestyle change it can be recovered.
