Fatty Liver Grade 3 and SGOT and SGPT
I am diagnosed Fatty liver grade-3. Taking medication from 2 weeks and following some diet and exercise. I see some abnormal readings still in sgpt -70, Sgot-77, high protein levels -8.8. Do i need to worry much?

It's very small damage to liver which causes sgot and sgpt to rise.
Multiple small damage over years can cause liver disease. It need attention
