Grade 2 fatty liver
I have gone through ultrasound of whole abdomen. Everything was clear except the grade 2 fatty liver. Last week I got tested for liver enzymes. And I got sgot-39(17-59) and sgpt-27(less than 50). I searched everywhere but this doesn't indicate a grade 2 fatty liver. I was alcoholic but left alcohol for near 1 month. My weight is 110.8kg. I am attaching the LFT report with this. Kindly guide.

A comprehensive diet plan for grade 2 fatty liver includes emphasizing whole, unprocessed foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats, while limiting or avoiding sugary drinks, fast food, processed snacks, saturated and trans fats, and excessive sodium and added sugars, and staying hydrated with plenty of water, and incorporating healthy habits like mindful eating, regular physical activity, and adequate sleep, with a focus on liver-friendly foods like leafy greens, berries, and omega-3 rich fatty fish, and considering portion control, meal frequency, and macronutrient balance, with a daily calorie deficit of 500-1000 calories to promote weight loss and liver health.
