I was practicing long jump and after taking the jump I landed over my hip insted of legs and now I am having a great pain just an inch below the end of spine

It might be coccydynia , you need xray coccyx lateral view . Management is lukewarm warm water sitting and use coccyx pillow , avoid sitting on hard surface
