Got bloodwork done, which doctor to see?
Hi, I got my bloodwork done and I have slightly higher levels of LDL Cholesterol -Direct, Triglycerides, HbA1c and High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein; And slightly lower levels of Monocytes - Absolute Count and Mean Corp. Hemo. Conc. (MCHC). I want a holistic analysis and then recommendations based in my report and if any further tests are needed, then I will get those done too. I am confused about what kind of doctor see, a General Physician or Dietician/Nutrition Specialist? Thanks.

Good news, here is your solution. I am a medical doctor (MBBS, MD) as well as a nutritionist. You have a fatty liver also, when you do an ultrasound abdomen you will know it. The only treatment for fatty liver, high cholesterol and prediabetes is lifestyle modification. And lifestyle modification is a holistic approach. HsCRP indicates inflammation... With the help of diet and exercise you can reverse it. Let's connect and discuss.

Gud evening pls try to maintain a healthy lifestyle with dietary intervention as I mentioned today so that u will get optimum benifits. Don't be so worried, try to focus on healthy food habits to follow n keep yourself active all through the day reduce stress if any by either doing yoga or meditation, drink plenty of water n sleep early before 12am rather after 12.30am.
