Good vegetarian diet
I am vegetarian.. going for gym daily .bur I feel more tired within one exercise .need to take rest and start again ..suggest me good food which gives energy and nutrients and proteins

Take proper post workout meal like banana shake or protein shake with paneer sandwich .
