Going through breakdowns, anxiety, panic
Iam a mother of 2 year old. Husband is not much supportive towards baby & im alone to care baby and myself. Everytime try to tell husband about my emotions or what I don't liking from his side. He aggressive behaviour came out and I can't handle after it myself. I cry a lot for not understanding me. Except this he compare his own issues. That I have much more problems than to listen urs. I'm feeling like I'm wrong in everything and feeling so low. Feeling so much burning sensations in back head and neck from morning.

Hmm.. too much on your plate Sometime due to so much toxicity in the relationship. Now we start blaming our self or something is wrong with us and feel guilty about not being good enough in the relationship. But you know this may just be a feeling. This is not truth so you need to uncover your depressed emotion as to why you are going through what you’re going through. Hello, you have a very problematic condition, which can be understand. First of all you should keep yourself calm and try to convey your husband about your feelings and conditions. If he doesn't co-operate then take your family support unless you will suffer from depression or depression like symptoms.

Hi..you could be having depression. Post partum period can be very stressful and you will need support from family members. Also issues like thyroid etc should be ruled out. Will need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately.

You need to consult mental health professional for counselling purpose.. during your consultation your detail history and problems will be evaluated and based upon that you will guided how to cope in this situation.. you will feel better after taking the session..
