Hiii... Frst thing is u r not in high risk category... High risk is decided by hypertension / diabetes / heart disease etc
For any people... Efficient way to be safe is repeated hand washing and social distancing and take hair bath daily after exposure . Avoid touching face.. If u do all these efficiently u will be safe and no need to worry..
Obesity does not mean that you are at high risk category. If u dont have any underlying conditions u need not stress yourself. But at the same time u need to be hygienic . Wear masks and avoid crowds.
Hi
1. First and most important is a Good immunity
Which will come from good and nutritious diet, avoidance of unnecessary stress, dealing with stress appropriately, Adequate sleep everyday
2. Second is social distancing
Maintain a distance of atleast 1 metre (approximately arm span distance would be safe) from any person
At work place or outside
3. Hand hygiene
Wash your hands thoroughly following 6 steps for atleast 30 seconds using soap and water or sanitizer
Frequently and as & when required
4. Respiratory hygiene
Cover your mouth and nose with a properly fitted mask
( mask should be properly fitted to avoid entry of air from above or sides of the mask )
Always use the mask from the sides never touch the from portion to remove the mask
Wash / clean your hands before using and after removing the mask
While coughing/ sneezing cover your face ( which becomes easy while using a mask properly)
These steps should help to protect you from getting the infection/ spreading it

Also avoid sugar i.e; avoid more than one or two cups of tea, don't take carbonated beverages but take fresh lime.
Next Steps
