Gluteus Medius Pain
I've been getting pain from 3-4 months now. This pain is aggrevating while sitting and sleeping. I did physiotherapy which covered dry needling, cupping, PEMF, Ultrasound but didn't resolve. Any inputs around the same? I'm currently located in Bangalore

Gluteus medium could be kinesiotaped which gives it the rest it requires. The main cause of it is due to allignment of the pelvis. The other possibility is lack of foot flexibility which abnormally loads the side of the glut. You could check us on Physiowise Ortho and Sports Physiotherapy HRBR Layout 1st Block Kalyan Nagar
Next Steps
icing the glut med would get rid of the inflammation for 15 mins, wrapped in a towel, 3 times per day

For all you know it could be a sacroiliac joint (SIJ) strain, it can mimic your pain. Often seen in sitting and sleeping.. I see you are in the entertainment industry, I assume that involves long hours of standing. Please consult for a thorough understanding of the scenario.
