Pain in  Trapezius Area from 3 months
While moving my arm forward there is a pain in mid and lower trapezius. It feels like it's overstretched. Ultrasound states - Diffusely thickened lower trapezius muscle.

Visit nearest physiotherapy centre for treatment, throgh dry needling and electro theraoy for 10 days the pain will get reduced. Later with stretching and strengthening exercises you wont feel anything.
